RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer any refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
Please note: We do not do partial returns. If an item is returned after 30 days, is damaged, or shows signs of use, no refund or exchange will be issued.

REFUNDS
We will email you a notification once we receive and inspect your item. We will also confirm if it qualifies for a refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed. A credit for the cost of the item minus shipping costs will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 15 days for this process. Often banks and credit card companies take time to post refund credits to your account.
EXCHANGES
We will email you a notification once we receive and inspect your item. We will also confirm if it qualifies for an exchange.

If approved, we will process your exchange. If the new item is a different price, we will refund or charge the difference to your original method of payment plus shipping cost. Please allow 15 days for this process.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Should this occur, please save all original packaging materials. Do NOT mail the item to us. Email us at hello@bathingraven.com with photos of the damaged item, the shipping box clearly showing address label, and any box damage. We will be happy to help.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, please ask the giver to contact us directly.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For any returns, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
