If approved, your refund will be processed. A credit for the cost of the item minus shipping costs will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 15 days for this process. Often banks and credit card companies take time to post refund credits to your account.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Should this occur, please save all original packaging materials. Do NOT mail the item to us. Email us at email@example.com with photos of the damaged item, the shipping box clearly showing address label, and any box damage. We will be happy to help.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
