Where are you located?

We are part of a historic, private farm just outside of "Little" Washington, VA (90 minutes west of Washington, D.C.).


How long will you take to ship my items?

We understand wanting your fabulous new stuff asap! For retail orders, we strive to ship within 1-3 business days. For bulk, wholesale, or special event orders, please allow 10-14 business days.


Do you ship internationally?

Of course. And we’d LOVE to see pics of your new Bathing Raven candle once it arrives! Especially pics that show it off with a view of your hometown, or something specific to your area. Email us a photo, or tag us on social media (@thebathingraven). If we end up reposting or using your photo in any way, we’ll give you a 15% off coupon to use on your next purchase!


Do you offer bulk discounts? Do you sell wholesale?

Yes and yes. For one-time events (weddings, corporate events, krewe throws, etc.), please see our Events & Bridal page. For ongoing wholesale opportunities (shops, hotels, B&Bs), please select your page under our Wholesale drop down menu.


How do I exchange/return my item?

Please see our Return Policy page for all info on returns, exchanges, or items damaged in shipping.


Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes! We do gift orders all the time. When ordering, please tell us it’s a gift, and include any note you'd like the recipient to receive. We will copy your note word-for-word, so please double-check it! Also, please remember to include your name(s) as you want it to appear on the note. You’d be amazed how many people forget to sign their gift note!


Is there a way I can read more reviews before I order?

Do you have a brick-and-mortar store? Where can I buy your products in my area?

At this time, we do not have a physical retail space. But our stockists have some beautiful ones! Please see the Stockists page to shop with our wholesale partners in person.


I bought one of your products at a local event and love it! When will you be back in my area?

We sometimes do pop-ups at local events, mostly in the mid-Atlantic area. Please check our facebook page's Events section for our upcoming schedule. This schedule is current for the upcoming eight-week period. Like our Facebook page to stay updated, and receive special offers first.


I'm a retail buyer. What is your trade show schedule this year?

Help! The item I want is sold out/doesn’t appear on your site anymore.

Don't worry. Your item may be briefly sold out, or may have been put into hibernation as a seasonal product. If it’s seasonal, we may still have some in stock. Please email us at hello@bathingraven.com to inquire about restocks, seasonal, and discontinued items.


How often do you release new scents?

Typically, we release 2-3 new scents in January for spring/summer, and another 2-3 in July for fall/winter. But if we feel inspired, another could pop up at any time! These scents may become part of permanent collections, or may be a limited edition just for the season.
